Conditions

A MOVE3 licence grants the right to use the software under the provisions of the licence contract included in every MOVE3 package. The software comes with a 3 months’ limited warranty, which includes helpdesk support. Within the warranty period the user may enter into a maintenance contract.

 

Delivery terms
Time of delivery is one week after receipt of the order via the MOVE3 web shop or after receipt of a written order (transport excluded). Listed prices are valid up to December 31st, 2021. Shipping via Registered mail is included. Cost of shipping via courier is at the buyer’s expense. All prices are exclusive of VAT. In the event that any terms of delivery are not covered by the licence contract, our General Terms and Conditions shall apply, a copy of which is available on request.

The FENIT General Terms and Conditions, filed at the Registry of the District Court in The Hague on 2 June 2003 under no. 60/2003 apply to all our quotations and agreements with respect to the delivery and maintenance of software and related services.
